Sallie Goff June is coming up quickly and we must start preparing for the OUTREACH
FAIR. As you know, last year we went to Princeton, NJ to acquire clothing and items which were not sold at their Episcopal Church's Fair. They always have nice quality items, and this helps us with our fair. Last year, Andy Dehel,
Allen Goodfellow, and I went with a Blazer and a van. As I selected the items, Andy and Allen loaded the vehicles. This worked out well and we were finished in a few hours. I would like to do this again this year; however, I do
need help. Preparing for the fair is a lot of work and takes a lot of time. The more help I get, the less time it takes. I am looking for 34 volunteers and a van or larger vehicle in which to carry the items back. The date is:
March 21st. We can meet at church and leave about 1:30 p.m. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get there. Their fair ends at 3 p.m. We can start sorting through things after 3 p.m. SEEKING: CHAIRPERSON to run the
OUTREACH FAIR. He/She would be responsible getting people to head the different areas of the fair: clothing, food, books, white elephant, furniture, baked goods, and games. They would also be responsible for getting startup money
for each area, then collecting from each area during the day, and keeping a tally. Also, since I am so involved with the clothing, if I don't get a volunteer CHAIRPERSON,I will need someone to take over the clothing this year.
