Rather say that I was growing with dogs in the family. From my splendid memory about dogs, there are hundred of impressed stories, and the following is one of them;

" Previously, most dogs my family kept were Mixs(impure, mixing with other breeds and unregistered), regionally known as the Thai Breed for people here, as the reason that they can easily be found around the area. My own dog named " EIBEE"- was also a mix, and I remember he was so big; much bigger than I was at that time.

Like many children, I had to go to school every work day morning with either my mom or dad sending me but with MR. EIBEE for sure. He sent me in the morning and waited for me in the afternoon everyday..... ......yes, every day. No sick or business stop or even his holiday. And I can remember how eager I wanted to see him to play with, during the school times.

On weekend we always played together, from time to time with other friends....Then the big day came, on that day, I and my friends planed to go to the other village by riding our bics, and of course EIBEE following us too. We kept riding and riding...then I heard the yell from the front group " Run Run....Dogs! Dogs!" There were three big dogs running into us. One was a Doby. The other was the white one I could't remember. But I definitely never forgot the last one! He was a Mix German sheperd mix Thai, and he ran directly into me.

" How can I do? How can I do? Where're my friend? Where are they? Arh....h!!!! Help!! Help!!" I said to myself and yelled to get help. Unfortunately, no friend did help. (I later found that some of them were on the tree, some of them going back home.) " EIBEE..E!! Help!" But EIBEE was too far to reach me in time. The mix GMS had got me first, and he bit me behind one of my legs. It was dam hurt. I cried like mad till I heard some men yelling "Help! a dog bites a kid. a dog bites a kid" , and then they held me up to get the first aid for my wound. I was subsequently known that ..EIBEE charged into that GMS mix and they're fighting, and EIBEE chased that mad dog away before he would have bitten me again." Thanx EIBEE. I's so proud of you!!

Nevertheless, it was so sad to say that, later, when I was seven my family had to move to another place cause they set the new bigger company there and they needed to closely take care it. They reluctantly said to me that we had to leave EIBEE with someone because we could not take him with. It's uncomfortable or prohibited something. I didn't understand, and never understand. I can remember how often I cried when I missed my dog, EIBEE".

Getting into the career show.

And the good time began!! While fourteen, I was so happy to hear that my parent allowed me to keep dogs again("Thank you, Dad ...Mom"). I have been having dogs beside me since then but, during the period, I and my parent had just the small breeds such as Miniature Poodle, Miniature Pincture. I can recall that, by the time I was getting into Triam Udom, the number one high school of the nation, one of my favorite hobby was reading dog magazines of which turned me on showing dogs.

I was very grateful to Bro. Willie(Willie Sutan). Here is his story; "Since 1989, Willie just came from the states and back to Thailand with his twenty Boxers. He founded the kennel named Willie Kennel in Rajchaburie province. Two years later, his Boxer kennel became the top of the country. I could say that Willie was the pioneer in Boxerdom of Thailand. Before him, just German Boxers that won the big prize and Thais didn't know much about American Boxers. Willie made Thais known how beautiful American Boxer exactly looked. For the first four or five years, Willie almost didn't know what loss was. He became more famous when one of the Boxers he bred, Th. Ch. Ozide of Willie (Bird), had got Best in Show in the national show, over many champions from other breeds, under the big judges from the AKC.". Once Willie knew I was interesting in showing dogs and looking for one to show, he gave me an opportunity to own a good bitch, Rojam Sunrise Serenade, from Merrilane's line. Willie named her nickname "Snow", and she was my foundation bitch and my first show dog.

At the beginning of my showing, I can't call it success. I didn't win much in the ring, never winning the first prize in the first year, although SNOW was so outstanding in her class. Probably because Willie never told me how to handle the dog, and I just let the dog show itself in the ring. ( Good luck that we won, huh?) I couldn't stand longer; one day I asked him why. Willie said he wanted me to get hurt first to be strong ( How tricky he was!) and it was the time to tell the tactics. Then, I won more and more often till I had the final cut of Best of Breed classes. Anyway, thank Willie for not merely taught me but to boot gave me many lessons and examples by letting me taking care your many beautiful dogs. They all helped me learn much in Breeding and Showing jobs.

Another person I was indebted to is Uncle Ted (Ted Na Ranong). Ted is the one that made me updated myself in a technique of showing Boxer, and introduced me to other breeds such as Smooth fox terrier. He gave me one for free, named Terry. And Terry was the first one that brought me to be in the final cut of Best in Show. Not too bad, in that show Terry got Best in Group. Actually, Ted was famous from the Boxer breed. From 1995 to last year, Ted was considered as the owner of the number one dog and number one Boxer of Thailand. This dog was Int. Am.Th. Mal.Ch. Thorn crest work of art at Golden Sand, Boomer, the American Boxer that Ted imported. Ted gave many things to the Boxer social, including many new comers he supported to know well in this show career.

Studying MBA in such a good vacinity as America, is a great likelihood for me. ..........It not only widened my eyes to see many beautiful dogs in the shows but also brought me to have good friends like: Jill M. Green, from California, Malena, David, and Janet Smither, from Damas Boxer, Ann and Herb Gilbert, from Sarkel Boxer. Moreover, it really was my pleasure to meet:
-Andy Linton, from CA -Mike Stone, from CA.
-Judy&Sandy White, from IL
-Joe&Pauline Waterman, from CA.( I lost your e-mails, so send to me instead.)
-Kim Wagner, from Flashfire Kennel

-Owen&Gina Proctor, from Virgo Boxer (I like your big boy, Market Boomer)
-Perry& Sandi Combest, from Rochil Boxer
-Dr. Jame Kilman, from Heart Acres Boxer ( I like this gentleman. I remember the first time we met I called him Dr. Killman but he said " Call me Jim!" Nice to meet you, sir.)
-Carol J Nesbitt, from Karjean Boxer
-Mr. Ben& Shirley, from Scher-Khoun Kennels(I appreciate your opinion and your explanation about this breed we loved!)
-Ms. Duanna Young, from California
-and many people I met but I'm so sorry that I didn't mention in this page. Nice to meet you all!!

Besides, thank you to all judges such as Ms. Dolothy, Mr. Morgan, especially Ms. Lorrain Meyer who first saw my handling was good enough to get the red ribbon, and other judges that saw the quality I like in my dogs.

Also, having been talking to many american friends, I heard a lot of rumors about Asia and Thailand that I'd like to talk about. I confirm to you again that the only Asain Boxer Ch. in Thailand was from Thorn Crest, not any others else. And we never eat dogs!! God!! So facetious! " Do you eat your son or your daughter?" Absolutely not, right? Neither do we....period.

Furthers, today, including my family, I'm now sharing my life with my beloved dogs. And, just my own, the gang are two Boxers(Bo&Babe), two Chihuahuas(Walker& Blazer), and one Min pin(Kim Heang). I scarcely breed dogs this time, in consequences that my health is not so good to take care too many dogs and I'm concerned about sometimes getting the parti-colors, or the white one. As a Buddhist, my mind is never strong enough to put them to sleep, and sometime it's hard to find the new owner that loves them.
