My modelairfield

When i started building models I only built small 1:72 airplanes. But I got tired of this and the idea of making a very large model came up. From the begining i had started building a railway model but I got tired of that to so then i decided to make a model of a british second world war airfield. I have got many ideas from books but after I visited Duxford airfield in England the building began for real. I have made the most buildings myself of cardboard and sandputty. The airplanes are models from Airfix. The whole model is about 250cm long and 130cm wide. The pictures are quite old but the only that is different now compered with last summer when the photos was taken is that I have built another hangar.
