Sweet gift! I was in the Navy for four years as a QuarterMaster on the USS Holland, stationed in Guam. I only went n three tours; one from Charlston to Guam going through the Panamal Canal, stopping in Hawaii for a break, and also toured Japan and Australia. It was a wonderful experience, and I'm glad to see web pages like yours. There's still men out there who thin women "can't handle" military life, but I wish I could go back and do it again! Love your page!!

One of them, Polly, says and does just about anything from dancing and singing to saying simple phrases. The other one, Kiwi aka timber, throws kisses and makes cooing noises. He may not talk as much as polly but is a very loving bird. I adopted Polly and found Kiwi in a tree (hence the name timber). I held out a piece of bread and he flew right to my arm.
