Pedals of Forgivness

If the whole world was a flower
That we could view like the pedals on a Rose
The world would be a beautiful place
With colors all a glow

But the world it has it's flaws in life
Like pedals that wilt and fall
But given a chance with water and light
Life can triumph and grow extraordinarily tall

First we learn to nuture ourselves
Then give Thanks to the Lord above
Then we show kindness to our brothers
And forgive them one and all

For forgiveness is the light
That releases us from pain
And the water is the drainage
That gives us life again

So if you have people you can not forgive
Remember the pedals of the Rose
That blooms again in the fall
With forgiveness to the snow
