Snow

Have you ever really thought
About the falling snow?
About where it comes from.
And where it all will go

Forget about modern science
And moisture in the air
I'm talking of the beauty
That God drops from Heaven's stair.

Notice the way it glitters
When the moon shines brightly down
The trees the way they sparkle
As the snow rests on the ground.

The air the way it seems to breath
And the stars up in the sky
The beauty and the wonder
We often let slip by

The crispness when it hardens
The way it shines like glass
How often do we wonder
Of the Beauty God has passed

The snow it gives us cleansing
As it falls upon our heads
And gives us snow angels
As we lay upon it's bed

So the next time in the midst of evening
When you see the snow fall gently down
Take notice of it's beauty
As it lays upon the ground

If only for a moment
When we look around, we'd know
That God has truely Blessed us
When he gave us the falling snow.
