My Military Service

1957-1978

On 1 Feb 1957 I started my military career when I enlisted in the United States Air Force. After Basic Training at Lackland AFB Texas and technical training at F.E.Warren AFB Wyoming (ATC) in the carreer field of Supply Stock Records, I was subsequently assigned duty at:-

Perrin AFB Texas (ATC) (57-61)
Tachikawa AB Japan (5th AF-PACAF) (61-64)
McGuire AFB New Jersey (MATS) (64-65)
After a one year break in service, I reentered the Air Force and was assigned duty at:-

F.E.Warren AFB Wyoming (15th AF-SAC) (66-68)
Phang Rang AB Vietnam (5th AF-PACAF) (68-69)
Lackland AFB Texas (ATC) (69-72)
Shou Lin Kou AS Taiwan (USAFSS) (72-74)
McGuire AFB New Jersey (MAC) (74-78)
I retired on 1 Sep 1978 as the NCOIC of the McGuire AFB New Jersey Supply Computer Room, at the rank of TSgt (pay grade E-6).
