Lena´s Place / Me and my family

My name is Lena and I live in Sweden.
I was born in March, 1978, outside of Gothenburg (on the westcoast of Sweden). I grew up with my mother (1957), father (1953), an older sister (1974) and two younger brothers (1982,1986). When I was 18 I got another little brother.

The highest education I have is high school (3 years, which is the most in Sweden). I studied to be a "school-assistant" which means I can work as an assistant for teachers from kindergarten-junior high. I can also be an assistant for kids with different disabilities. During my 3 years I studied a lot of psychology and also behavior of people from foetus-death. It was the best education I could ever wish for and I had the best teachers too :O) My dream is to study to be a teacher from year 4-9. I hope to be able to do this some day.

I met my fiancée the first time in 1995. Then it took two years before we even saw each other again and we hit it off right away. It was wonderful :O)
We got engaged on May 6th, 1999, and plan to get married in 2001 or 2002. We have two beautiful sons, Oskar, who was born in April 1998, and Emil who was born on the same date, 2000.

We live in a three-bedroom apartment east of Gothenburg and one room is my "work-space" where I craft, keep up with penpals and starting up my business. I will sell my own line of stamps as well as supplies and paper. Website address will be on the links-page when I´m up for business :o)

When I was little, my biggest dream have been to move to USA.... Now, I don´t want to leave Sweden but I´m still extremely fascinated by the big country in the west. I wouldn´t mind going there for a few months. If I ever win money, I will definately do that :O)
