" GOD AND HIS WONDERFUL POWERS "

Well, here we go into Page -5-,isn't it just amazing how much GOD can do
when all you have to do is just Ask.I know that I had alot of my FOREVER
FRIENDS Pray so much for me in the last few weeks that I had my 2 heart
Attacks and 4 Grand-Mall Seizure's and the Chain-Saw that cut so much
into my Right Leg, but with all the Prayers and GOD'S Wonderful Power, I
am still here and I must admit that it is still at times so Hard, but we
all know that GOD never gives anyone more than they can Handle. Thanks so
much to everyone for Caring so much for me and for your Prayers for me
to Continue on with my Life and for me to Continue on with what Our GOD
wants, and I really believe that it is to do as much as I can for Him
on this Internet which I call CyberSpace, and that is to always try to
" Reach More And More With GOD'S Wonderful Power."

When everything seems to go wrong, just PUSH.
When the job gets you down, just PUSH.
When people don't react the way you think they should, just PUSH.
When your money looks funny and the bills are due, just PUSH.
When you want to tell them off for whatever the reason, just PUSH.
When you ask the question, when is my ship coming in? just PUSH.
When people just don't understand you, just PUSH.

" The U In Jesus "

Before U were thoUght of or time had begUn, God even stUck U in the name
of His Son. And each time U pray, you'll see it's trUe, You can't spell
out JesUs and not inclUde U. You're a pretty big part of His wonderfUl
name, For U, He was born; that's why He came. And His great love for U
is the reason He died. It even takes U to spell crUcified. Isn't it
thrilling and splendidly grand, He rose from the dead, with U in His
plan. The stones split away, the gold trUmpet blew, and this word
resUrrection is spelled with a U. When JesUs left earth at His Upward
ascension, He felt there was one thing He jUst had to mention. Go into
the world and tell them it's trUe That I love them all - JUst like I
love U. So many great people are spelled with a U, Don't they have a
right to know JesUs too? It all depends now on what U will do, He'd like
them to know, But it all starts with U..................................

THE BLESSING IN "NO"

I asked God to take away my pride.God said "No,It is not for me to take
away, but for you to give it up."
I asked God to make my handicapped child whole.God said "No, Her spirit
was whole, her body was only temporary."
I asked God to grant me patience.God said "No,Patience is a byproduct of
tribulations; it isn't granted,it is earned."
I asked God to give me happiness.God said "No, I give you blessings,
happiness is up to you."
I asked God to spare me pain.God said "No,Suffering draws you apart from
worldly cares and brings you closer to me."
I asked God to make my spirit grow.God said "No, You must grow on your
own, but I will prune you to make you fruitful."
I asked for all things that I might enjoy life.God said "No,I will give
you life so that you may enjoy all things."
I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as he loves me. God
said,"YES, Finally You Have The Idea!"

" For We Walk By Faith, Not By Site "

One day a 6 year old girl was sitting in the classroom. The teacher was
going to explain evolution to the children. The teacher asked a little
boy:Tommy do you see the tree outside? Tommy: Yes. Teacher: Tommy,do you
see the grass outside? Tommy: Yes. Teacher: Go outside and look up and
see if you can see the sky.Tommy: OK. (He returned a few minutes later)
Yes, I saw the sky. Teacher: Did you see God? Tommy: No. Teacher: That's
my point. We can't see God because he isn't there, he doesn't exist.

A little girl spoke up and wanted to ask the boy some questions. Teacher
agreed and she asked the boy: Tommy,do you see the tree that is outside?
Tommy: Yes. Little girl: Tommy do you see the grass outside? Tommy: Yes.
Little girl: Did you see the sky? Tommy: Yesssss. Little Girl: Tommy, do
you see the teacher? Tommy: Yesssss. Little Girl: Do you see her brain?
Tommy: No. Little Girl: Does that mean she doesn't have one?

" My Hand In God "

Each morning when I wake I say, "I place my hand in God's today", I know
He'll walk close by my side my every wandering step to guide. He leads
me with the tenderest care when paths are dark and I despair.....No need
for me to understand if I but hold fast to His hand. My Hand in His!!!!!
No surer way to walk in safety through each day. By His great bounty I
am fed; Warmed by His Love and comforted. When at day's end I seek my
rest and realize how much I'm blessed, My thanks pour out to Him; and
then I place my hand in God's again.....................................

" THE CROSS ROOM "

The young man was at the end of his rope.Seeing no way out,he dropped to
his knees in prayer. "Lord, I can't go on," he said. I have too heavy a
cross to bear. The Lord replied, My son, if you can't bear its weight,
just place your cross inside this room. Then, open that other door and
pick out any cross you wish.

The man was filled with relief. "Thank you, Lord," he sighed, and he did
as he was told.Upon entering the other door,he saw many crosses, some so
large the tops were not visible. Then, he spotted a tiny cross leaning
against a far wall. "I'd like that one, Lord," he whispered. And the Lord
replied, " My son, that is the cross you just brought in."

When life's problems seem overwhelming, it helps to look around and see
what other people are coping with. You may consider yourself far more
fortunate than you imagined.

" INTERVIEW WITH GOD "

"Come in," God said. "So,you would like to interview Me? If you have the
time,I said.God smiled and said:My time is eternity and is enough to do
everything; what questions do you have in mind to ask me? What surprises
you most about mankind? God answered,That they can get bored of being
children, are in a rush to grow up,and then long to be children again.
Also,That they lose their health to make money and then lose their money
to restore their health. That by thinking anxiously about the future, they
forget the present, such that they live neither for the present nor the
future. That they live as if they will never die, and they die as if they
had never lived...

God's hands took mine and we were silent for while and then I asked. As a
parent, what are some of life's lessons you want your children to learn?
God replied with a smile:To learn that they can't make anyone love them.
What they can do is to let themselves be loved. To learn that it takes
years to build trust, and a few seconds to destroy it.To learn that what
is most valuable is not what they have in their lives, but who they have
in their lives. To learn that it is not good to compare themselves to
others. All will be judged individually on their own merits, not as a
group on a comparison basis! To learn that a rich person is not the one
who has the most, but is one who needs the least. To learn that it only
takes a few seconds to open profound wounds in persons we love, and that
it takes many years to heal them. To learn to forgive by practicing
forgiveness. To learn that there are persons that love them dearly, but
simply do not know how to express or to show their feelings. To learn
that money can buy everything but happiness. To learn that two people can
look at the same thing and see it totally different. To learn that a true
friend in someone who knows everything about them and likes them anyway.
To learn that it is not always enough that they be forgiven by others,
but that they have to forgive themselves.

I sat there for a while enjoying the moment.I thanked Him for his time
and for all that He has done for me and my family, and then He replied,
.................Anytime, For I am here 24 hours a day..................
.......All you have to do is ask for me and I will always Answer........

" His Eye Is On The Sparrow "

Upon the winding road of life we often lose our way; For so many are the
pitfalls that beset us day by day. We're just like wandering sparrows and
We're adrift in foreign places; the doubts and fears are so evidenced by
frowns upon our faces.Like birds we soar to places high where everything
is right Only to descend again into a darker night.Faith makes us try
and try again to do our very best for each and everyone of us must
feather his own nest. Remember when you're all at sea and every pathway
narrows,
...God heals the ones who turn to Him the lost and wandering sparrows...

" I Refuse To Be Discouraged "

I Refuse to be Discouraged, To be Sad, or to Cry; and I Refuse to be
Downhearted and here's the reason why.........I have a God who's Mighty,
Who's Sovereign and Supreme;. I have a God who Loves me, and I am on His
Team.. He is all Wise and Powerful, Jesus is His name; Though everything
is changeable, My God remains the same. My God knows all that is always
Happening;... Beginning to the End, His presence is my Comfort, He is my
Dearest Friend.. When Sickness comes to Weaken me, To bring my Head down
low, I call upon my Mighty God; Into His Arms I go... When circumstances
threaten to rob me from my Peace;.... He draws me close unto His breast,
Where all my strivings cease..... And when my Heart melts within me, and
Weakness takes Control; He gathers me into His Arms, He Soothes my Heart
and Soul. The Great "I AM" is with me, My Life is in His Hand, The "Son
of the Lord" is my Hope, It's in His Strength I Stand.... I Refuse to be
Defeated, My eyes are on my God; He has Promised to be with me...... as
through this Life I trod...... I'm looking past all my circumstances, To
Heaven's Throne above;.... My Prayers have reached the Heart of God, I'm
Resting in His Love. I give God Thanks in Everything, My Eyes are on His
Face; The Battle's His, the Victory is Mine; He'll help me Win the Race
Therefore,I Say Unto You, If You Have Faith And Doubt Not...What So Ever
Ye Shall Ask In Prayer, Believing, Ye Shall Receive.....Matthew 21:21,22

Subject: School Prayer...
WRITTEN BY A 12 YEAR-OLD-GIRL in Boston:

Now I sit me down in school Where praying is against the rule. For this
great nation under God Finds mention of Him very odd. If Scripture now
the class recites It violates the Bill of Rights. Anytime my head I bow
Becomes a federal matter now. The law is specific; the law is precise.
Praying out loud is no longer nice.

Praying aloud in a public hall Upsets those who believe in nothing at
all. In silence alone we can meditate And if God should get the
credit-great They are bringing their guns; I don't dare bring my Bible,
To do so, might make me liable. So, now Oh Lord, this plea I make; Should
I be shot in school, My soul please take.
Pass it on . . .

" ARE YOU BLESSED "

If you own a Bible, you are abundantly blessed--about 1/3 of the world
does not have access to one.
If you wake up each morning with more health than illness, you are
blessed to rise and shine, to live and to serve in a new day.
If you have anyone on the planet, just one person that loves you and
listens to you--count this a huge blessing.
If you can freely attend a church meeting without fear, then you are
more blessed than over 1/3 of the world.
If you have a yearning in your heart to parent a child, you are blessed
because you still desire what you cannot see.
If you pray today or any day, you are blessed because you believe in
God's willingness to hear your prayer.
If you pray for someone else, you are blessed because you want to help
others also.
If you have food in your frig, clothes on your back, a roof over your
head, and a place to sleep--all at the same time--you are rich in this
world--about 1/2 of the world is not this wealthy.
If you have a brother or sister in Christ that will pray with you and
for you, you benefit from a spiritual unity, bond, and agreement, you
are blessed.
If you have any earthly family that even halfway love you and support
you, you are blessed beyond measure.
If you attend a church with a church family that offers you one word of
encouragement, you are blessed with some form of fellowship.
If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and some spare change in
a dish someplace, you are among the world's wealthy.
If you can go to bed each night, knowing that God loves you, you are
blessed beyond measure.
If you try each day to imitate our Lord Jesus Christ for even a minute,
you are blessed because you show a willingness to grow up in Him.
If you can read this message, you are more blessed than about 1/3 of the
world.
If you have never had to endure the hardship and agony of battle and
imprisonment, or torture, you are blessed in indescribable measure.
If you have a voice to sing His praises, a voice to witness God's
love, and a voice to share the gospel with, you are blessed--about ½ of
the world does not even know who the one true God is.
If you can hold someone's hand, hug another person, touch someone on the
shoulder, you are blessed because you can offer God's healing touch.
If you can share a word of encouragement with someone else, and do it
with His love in your heart, you are blessed because you have learned
how to give.
If you have the conviction to stand fast upon His Word and His promises,
no matter what, you are then blessed because you are learning patience,
endurance, and tenacity.
If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are thankful you
are blessed because most people can, but won't.....

" Two Books "

They lie on the table side by side, The HOLY BIBLE and the TV guide. One
is well worn and cherished with pride.. Not the BIBLE, but the TV guide.
One is used daily to help folks decide.....No, not the BIBLE, but the TV
guide...As the pages are turned, what shall they see.......Oh, what does
it matter, turn on the TV..........Then confusion reigns, they can't all
agree On what they should watch on the old TV......So they open the book
in which they confide........No, not the BIBLE, but the TV guide........
The Word of GOD is seldom read, Maybe a verse as they fall into bed.....
Exhausted and sleepy and tired as can be.....Not from reading the BIBLE,
from watching TV...So then back to the table side by side, Lie the HOLY
BIBLE and the TV guide.....No time for Prayer, no time for the Word, The
plan of Salvation is Seldom Heard.....But forgiveness of Sin,so full and
free, Is Found In The BIBLE, Not On TV !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lord, help me to remember... that nothing is going to happen to me today
that You and I together can't handle......Dear God,When I am lonely and,
Perhaps I feel despair......Let not my ailing heart forget,That YOU hear
every prayer....Remind me that no matter what, I do or fail to do, There
still is hope for as long As I have FAITH in YOU......Let not my eyes be
blinded by Some folly I commit....But help me to regret my wrong, And to
make up for it...Inspire me to put my fears, Upon a hidden shelf, And in
the future never to Be sorry for myself......Give me the restful sleep I
need, Before another dawn, And bless me in the morning with.............

" Time For Daily Reflection "

Dear God,
Even though I clutch my blanket and growl when the alarm rings, thank you
God that I can hear. There are many who are deaf.

Even though I keep my eyes closed against the morning light as long as
possible, thank you, God, that I can see. Many are blind.

Even though I huddle in my bed and put off rising, thank you, God, that
I have the strength to rise. There are many who are bedridden.

Even though the first hour of my day is hectic, when socks are lost,
toast is burned and tempers are short, thank you, God, for my family.
There are many who don't even have a Family.

Even though our breakfast table never looks like pictures in magazines
and the menu is at times unbalanced, thank you,God,for the food we have.
There are many who are hungry.

Even though the routine of my job often is hard, thank you, God,for the
opportunity to work. There are many who have no job.

Even though I grumble and I moan my fate from day to day and wish my
circumstances were not so modest, thank you, God, for all I have. There
are many who have nothing.

Only here on your Computer are you able to see a great waterfall in the
Heavens,May You Always Feel Loved.May you find serenity and tranquility
in a world you may not always understand.May the pain you have known and
the conflict you have experienced give you the strength to walk through
life facing each new situation with courage and optimism. Always know
that there are those whose love and understanding will always be there,
even when you feel most alone.May you discover enough goodness in others
to believe in a world of peace. May a kind word, a reassuring touch, a
warm smile be yours every day of your life, and may you give these gifts
as well as receive them. Remember the sunshine when the storm seems
unending. Teach love to those who know hate, and let that love embrace
you as you go into the world.May the teaching of those you admire become
part of you, so that you may call upon them.Remember, those whose lives
you have touched and who have touched yours are always a part of you,
even if the encounters were less than you would have wished. It is the
content of the encounter that is more important than it's form. May you
not become too concerned with material matters, but instead may you place
immeasurable value on the goodness in your heart.Find time in each day
to see the beauty and love in the world around you. Realize that each
person has limitless abilities, but each of us is different in our own
kind of way. What you may feel you lack in one regard may be more than
compensated for in another. What you feel you lack in the present may
become one of your strengths in the future. May you see your future as
one filled with promise and possibility. Learn to view everything as a
worthwhile experience. May you find enough inner strength to determine
your own worth by yourself, and not be dependent on another's judgements
of your accomplishment or of what you have become. Here on your very own
Computer you can fine it all and at times more than you ever Dreamed of.
