A Life of Service
Hello, my name is Derek C. Swope.
I live in
Bluefield, West Virginia and
practice law with
the Princeton, West Virginia,
law firm of
Sanders, Austin, Swope &
Flanigan. This
law firm has been in existence
in Princeton
since 1906, when it was founded
by
Hartley Sanders.
I am proud to practice law with
William Sanders, Lane Austin,
Bill Flanigan,
Henry Sanders, Greg Prudich,
Paige Flanigan Burress,
and Omar Aboulhosn.
Circuit Judge David W. Knight
has
announced his intention not
to seek re-election
and I am a candidate for his
office. I have the
greatest respect and admiration
for Judge Knight's
ability as both a Judge and
lawyer and humbly
ask the citizens of Mercer County,
West Virginia
to elect me to that position.
Robert L. Schumacher, Esq., Attorney and CPA,
will serve as my Campaign Committee
Treasurer
and my law partner Bill Flanigan,
son of the late
Magistrate Mike Flanigan, will
serve as my
Campaign Committee Chairman.
