ROOFS: Replacement of roofs from 6612 thru 6650 has begun.(Please note that the pictures are large so that they may be seen better) A picture of some of the twelve workers on a roof. With their red shirts they looked like red ants swarming all over the building attacking the shingles.

PAINTING: The painters have finished Schooner Bay. The Board of Directors has EXTRA paint if you want to do some "touch up" of your own. Since the new paint has brought our looks "up to date" there has been an increase in resale prices!
