Washoe Cemetery, Payette, Payette county, Idaho March 2002 This symbol (*) denotes a remaining headstone. This list was compiled from a combination of sources. I received a listing from the Idaho State Historical Society & Riverside cemetery, located in Payette. The listings were almost identical. I also received a listing from the Payette County Historical Society. That list was compiled Feb. 1, 1943, by Dora McKinney. This list contained several more names than the first two I found. I believe it to be the most accurate. I also took names from an article written in the Independent Enterprise in 1966, by Dottie Edwards. She did a story on the cemetery and listed the names off of many stones. Name/Birth/Death/Comments Abernathy, Clara /?/June 4, 1893/ Wife of G.
