Lots of Hard Work... Deserves A Treat

As with any new job, workers need to be recognized for their efforts and occasionally it becomes necessary to reward someone for their contributions. Each one of our members, those of you on the frontlines, and the many hidden “behind the scenes”, have accomplished an enormous amount of work. This is our second year of operation and already we have built a name, helped our community, and extended a hand to each other when needed. Now it’s time to treat ourselves to a much needed break and recognize all of those efforts. Mark your calendars, line up a sitter and come join us in the afternoon for some fun in the sun and lots of surprises. Information below...

To treat ourselves for a job well done… you are cordially invited to Gale Fisher’s Home at 3725 W. 15th St. on Sunday, June 10th. This event will begin at 1:00 p.m. and last as long as you do.

Just a Reminder

We have amassed a small fortune through our fund raisers. In addition to our finances, we have the man power available to go into the community to assist with special projects and events. If you know of some need our community has, please share this information with one of our officers. Our goal is to support our Fire Department and our community, so please bring your suggestions to our next meeting….

I would like to take a moment to Thank everyone for the card and beautiful plant I received at our last meeting. The tulips were presented to me for the secretarial work I have done. My success hinges entirely on my predecessor Lynn Light. Thank you Lynn for all your help! ! !
