Community Plus, Inc. is an organization that unites communities and schools in forming a network used for identifying, intervening, and supporting students who are struggling with various social issues.
The goals of the
Assisting Adolescent Development Program include:
1) To recognize students who may be experiencing problems with a variety of social issues thus effecting their learning capacity;
2) To assist students and their families with appropriate options to address these issues; and
3) To refer students and their families to assistance within and outside of the school setting.
