South Carolina v. Edward Fischer

The State of South Carolina vs. Edward M. Fischer (A transcript) April 23, 1999

On April 23, 1999 Edward Fischer pled guilty to the following crimes:

• Victim 1:  Age 13-16, committing a lewd act on a minor, 1960-61; sodomy, 1960-63 (at Sacred Heart Catholic School).
• Victim 2:  Age 11, committing a lewd act on a minor, 1960-61 (at Sacred Heart Catholic School).
• Victim 3: Age 15-18, sodomy, buggery, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, 1972-75 (at Porter-Gaud School).
• Victim 4:  Age 13, committing a lewd act on a minor, 1975 (at Porter-Gaud School).
• Victim 5:  Age 10-17, committing a lewd act on a minor, 1975-79; contributing to the delinquency of a minor, 1977-83 (at Porter-Gaud School).
• Victim 6: Age14-17, second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, 1977-79; contributing to the delinquency of a minor, 1977-80 (at Porter-Gaud School).
• Victim 7:  Age ? - ?, second-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, committing a lewd act on a minor, 1979 (at Porter-Gaud School).
• Victim 8:  Age 15-17, second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, 1977-78; contributing to the delinquency of a minor, 1977-80 (at Porter-Gaud School).
• Victim 9:  Age 16, assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, 1980 (at Porter-Gaud School).
• Victim 10: Age ? - ?, third-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, 1988-90 (at James Island High School).
• Victim 11:  Age 15, second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, 1989 (at James Island High School).
• Victim 12: Age 18, third-degree criminal sexual conduct, 1990 (at James Island High School).
• Victim 13: Age 14-15, second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, committing a lewd act on a minor, 1996-97 (at James Island High School).
