Here's the pumpkin ready for carving.

For Halloween, Benjamin went as Davy Crockett. He made the choice in the summer and never wavered, especially after we found the coonskin cap. Here's "Davy" getting ready to go out.

Here's Davy aiming "Ol' Betsy." He was a big hit on Halloween. People would open the door and say "It's Davy Crockett" or "It's Daniel Boone" and even a couple singing the "Ballad of Davy Crockett." He had a full bag of treats at the end of the night, I think because everyone liked his costume.
