Siri Finds a Home
And now a little about Siri. We adopted her from the Lompoc, CA, animal shelter in August, 1997, when she was about 9 months old. She had been a stray before being picked up and was very scrawny. When we picked her, she was on the "termination" list for the third and final time. Luckily, she won us over. She made a short detour to the vet to be spayed, then on to our house, where she soon took over.
