| This is really the "Before" picture. I had just signed the check for my first tractor and the guy who is up on the tractor is the guy I bought it from in a small, central Kansas town. He has a gob of JDs. I got this one for a very reasonable price. It shook like a rock crusher though and I later found out through the Yesterdays Tractors John Deere forum that the clutch disk drive was probably not positioned correctly on the flywheel. Sure enough. I corrected the problem and it runs like a two cylinder Lincoln Town Car. The other guy standing there is a friend who helped me find a trailer. Continue for a good "After" picture... |
