In Memory of:Leah
Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name sake.
You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
Leah was 10 yrs. old, when she went to go live with Jesus. Encephalitis, usually transmitted by mosquito bites, came upon her, and one week later, she was gone.
She only came to our church for a short while, grandma was bringing her. She was very outgoing, made friends easily. She and her little sister Rachel, have beautiful long red hair. Leah would come sit by me in church :-)
Leah had just accepted Jesus in her heart two weeks prior, was witnessing to her family, when she became ill.
Her family does not believe in God, at least not in a positive way. They think God has cruelly ripped their child from their arms. But God doesn't take our children away, they are precious gifts from Him. (click here to go to the Why page.)
The news of her being in a coma, then gone was hard. It was very sudden, one you're not prepared for, ready to face. But the Lord gave me a special gift. He let me see her one last time.....
What I saw
The Lord gives me images.
I saw a room, the background was white, so I can't tell you how immense this room is.
I saw a throne, you could tell someone was sitting in it, from the waist down.
You could see the legs in a robe, and the arms resting on the arms of the throne.
I saw a girl standing before Him, in a white robe. I know it was Leah, because her beautiful red hair was falling down her back.

I know without a doubt where Leah is right now, and Who she is with, hallelujah!
We really miss you Leah, and we can't wait to see you again in Heaven.
Do you have loved ones in Heaven?
Do you know for sure, in your heart, that you will see them again?
If there's any doubt, please click

I know you're taking care of her Father, and i can't wait to experience that same joy that she felt when she saw You face to face. I love You.
til we meet again.
