              From Laurie.....
Just wanted to report on what a WONDERFUL day we had today! Sorry if this makes the rest of you jealous, but you WERE in our thoughts.
This afternoon at 2:00 Coach and Karen; Liberty, Dearman and Sheila; Cayman, Nancy, Charlie and their kids; and Sandy and I met at Greenbelt Lake in Maryland. It was a gorgeous day, and I was really happy to see how Great all the dogs were doing and the people were terrific, too.

Cayman was a delight to watch as she made a beeline for the ducks in the water several times. Sandy kept "barking" at me, so I finally let her go in for a swim, too. As I told the gang, her two favorite things are swimming and tennis balls! Liberty was a real sweetheart, and I was so glad that Dearman was feeling well enough to join us today. Coach was a real trooper and made It the whole mile and a quarter around the lake, even with a bum leg.

              From Karen......
As for Coach,  well she was quite the trooper! Her arthritis was getting to her especially by the end of the walk. But she made it! She was a couch potato for the rest of the day,but she's up and at um today!

               From Shiela......
I could not believe how active all the dogs were, except for my two, Liberty and Dearman. Liberty moved in and parked. Dearman, an LP imposter since she was just along for the ride, sat and ate duck doo doo the entire time.
Sandy never stopped barking and jumping around and trying to play with the tennis ball. Caymen was targeting the ducks, and Coach was doing what a Coach does best, Cheering the team on. I was so impressed with the trio.
Sandy, Caymen and Coach should do a commercial for the senior citizens set. Inspiring is the word I would use to describe this magnificiant trifecta
