St. Joseph Catholic High School is a member of the Utah High School Activities Association which goverens interscholastic sports and other co-curricular activities. The high school presently is a 2A member of Region 12. The high school encourages student involvement in co-curricular activities which provide another "classroom" for value formation and skill development. These activities help develop leadership potential and the ability to work with others, leading to possible lifetime participation and interest.
