Web Stuff...

If you are looking for a HTML editor, I heartily recommend HomeSite. Combine it with the CSE HTML Validator and you have the tools you need to make web pages easily, quickly and accurately.

Paintshop Pro is a great shareware program for creating and editing images. Their web site has resources to help you get the most out of the program. Jeff Burton also has a web site for Paint Shop Pro tips.

The Web Worker's Toolbox has a very complete guide to creating web pages. The site also has complete user guides for HomeSite, Microsoft's Image Composer and Adobe Photoshop.

Joe Burns has another great resource for HTML and Java at HTML Goodies.

Once you have your web page together, you can check and fine tune the HTML code at Site Inspector and Net Mechanic
