Quick and Easy Salsa

Toss together with Italian salad dressing , enough to coat all ingredients. Takes about 10 minutes to make , let marinade in fridge for an hour before serving. This goes well with any meal, but most especially BBQ steak.


Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake

Grease 9" springform pan. Combine crumbs and butter, spread in pan. Place wafers standing up around outside edge, pressing into crumb base to hold. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes; let cool. Blend cheese, egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar and chocolate chips. Beat egg whites until foamy and add 1/4 cup sugar. Beat until glossy. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Fold half of whipped topping into chocolate mixture. Pour half of chocolate mixture into pan, sprinkle with remainder of chocolate wafer crumbs, then add rest of mixture. Cover with remaining whipped topping. Cover with foil and freeze. Defrost up to 2 hours before serving.


Chilli Pork Chops

    4 Pork shoulder chops
    2 tbsp margarine
    10 oz can Condensed cream of tomato soup
    2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce


Brown chops in margarine in frying pan. Add soup, chili powder, oregano and worcestershire sauce. Mix a little. Cover. Simmer slowly until tender, about 45 minutes. Serves 4..
