If you live in the USA and you want a copy of the book, put a twenty dollar bill in an envelope along with the address that you want your copy mailed to and send it to: James Monds, 715 South 20th Ave Apt 9, Bozeman, MT 59718. I will return your copy as soon as possible to the USA address that you specify - if you send cash. You can send a check if you like, but I will have to wait for the check to clear before I can send out the book and I am not sure how much time that will put on the process. If you include an email address in your letter, then I will keep you posted on progress as I process your order and your check.
If you want a copy of my book and you live outside the USA, the extra postal charges to mail the book to you may be significant for me. For now I will just say send me twenty five dollars US, in the form of a check, and I will process the check and send you the book as quickly as I can. Again, include an email address as well as postal address in your letter so that I can keep you posted as to the status of your order.
