Vacation 1999 . . .
Well, it was another year where we were short on cash, so it was "up north" again for vacation. This year it was requested by the person that Dannie is dating (that would be Trevor) that I should take some good photos of Dannie. I thought I would include those "good" photos with this year's vacation collage.
This is how Dannie spent the first day of vacation. I guess she thought she needed to rest after driving at night with the deer eyes peering at her from the side of the road, and arriving at 3:00 AM.
And when she wasn't sleeping, you can see her next favorite passtime. . .
We did take a day to go shopping in Mackinac and St. Ignace while we were gone. These are some snapshots from that outing. Pay close attention to Dannie's new plaything . . . the crayfish!
We had work to do on this trip, because last fall's storm left some damage that needed to be repaired. This tree collection fell right across the path through our woods that leads to the lake.
We did take some time to bum around and fish, and get a collection of insect bites though.
