Teachers Meeting / Study Class / Retreats/ Dedication Service.
The Sunday school always commence its academic year with a teachers prayer meeting on last week of January every year followed by a teachers dedication service just before the commencement of classes during the Holy Communion service.

The Sunday school will conduct its annual teachers retreat during April under the leadership of parish priests.

A model class about effective teaching to the students will be presented during the retreat.  The teachers meet again for prayer on last week of August just before the re-opening of Sunday school after summer vacation

Teacher's farewell meetings were also conducted by the Sunday school to honor any of the outgoing teachers.

All major decisions related to the activities of the Sunday school were undertaken based on consultation with the teachers through numerous official as well as ordinary and informal meetings.

The official meetings provided a forum to discuss and decide various activities of the Sunday school while the un-official meetings were mainly set apart for prayer, devotion, study class, retreat, and social meetings.
