In 1997, the Vacation Bible School was conducted continuously in two weeks, from 20th June till July 11th, jointly by the Mar Thoma Sunday school and CSI Sunday school. The Mar Thoma Sunday school Samajam Asst. Gen. Secretary, Rev. Joe Joseph Kuruvilla, was invited to provide the leadership in t VBS'97. Nearly 500 children from our parish attended the Vacation Bible School and its encouraging to note that the students highly benefited by the vibrant and able leadership, which transformed these evenings as the most memorable days to most of the VBS participants.
