Wouldn't you love to have your own special Angel? This exchange allows each participant to be   "Touched by an Angel" each month and in turn be an Angel to another person by creating and sending a hand-crafted angel

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND AT THE END YOU 
WILL KNOW JUST WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO JOIN!!

WE like to do monthly exchanges ...each month has a different theme and every few months we do a special exchange ...You are not obligated to participate in all exchanges...A message is sent to the group by the exchange coordinator at the end of each month, a list of participants is compiled. Partners are selected by a random draw. Each participant will receive the name and address of their partner by the 5th of each month.

The necessary information will be given to you when the exchange is announced. You are expected to follow the theme given and It is your responsibility to contact your partner within 5 days..... Your partner will give you the information not provided to you or not found on the group page in files or database... Take the time to get to know your exchange partner.. 
perhaps make a few new friends .....

If you have contacted your partner and haven't heard back within a reasonable time ... the partner will be dropped from the exchange for that month and you will be assigned a new partner.. many of us are willing to take on an extra partner so we will be prepared for this...

This is very important ... Should you have any problems with your partner or contact with her, let me know immediately

During the month, create a craft, according to the current month's theme. You are to follow the guidelines for the theme for the month ...no exceptions. *the cost of projects and postage are decided by each of you
Send it to your partner, by the 25th of each month...and please get a tracking # if they are in the USA going to USA.. If sending out of USA allow additional mailing time.

Canada can take up to two weeks sometimes... ***Mark your package USA Gift package or your partner may end up having to pay $15 or more for it...if you are mailing to Canada, tell them that you want the package to go LETTER AIR and that there is a greeting card included.This does not have to be a purchased card, you can make your own, or it can even just be a nice note on paper. That makes the package go letter air rate. Instead of the package going the package rate of 13.95, it will go letter air rate for $ 3.95. This is as long as the package is under 5 pounds.

It is suggested that the project be small and inexpensive (remember, it's going through the mail!), but that decision is entirely yours! E-mail the exchange coordinator that you have mailed your package.... When you have received from your partner, e-mail the exchange coordinator to let her know you have received your package.....

***IF you do not receive your craft by the end of the month, please contact CR immediately DO NOT let months go by without doing so. Your partner will then be contacted to find out if the craft has been mailed. If your exchange is not received by the new month's exchange ...you may not be given a partner for the next month.. It will be left up to CR and the exchange coordinator's sole discretion if extensions are to be allowed. Exceptions however will be made for illness...or other unforeseen problems, but this will not be accepted on a monthly basis.
