Stolen Palomino Horses

Stolen from Washington State, June 18, 1996.

- 2 AQHA Palominos. They were taken at night through 4 sets of cut fences. Near perfect matched brother-sister pair; their aged mother was not taken. The 1983 gelding is 15.1 or 2 hands, full blaze, kinda raggedy over eyes it looks lke a squashed hat , narrows in slightly, then out midway continues into white snip nose to nose with pink below. Nice, big stock-type; very tame absolutely craves people. Pure white mane, tail, no socks but hair lightens near coronet. 1986 mare is also nice golden, pure white mane, tail but has a half-pastern, rear left foot. Big blaze, pretty head. Full star,wide strip dips out midway to continue down around left nostril like a comma, pink nose. Both horses ridden trails but early training rusty. They would have needed re-training to be shown. The owners feel they were stolen for color and matched pair for a parade or drill duo.They may have gone to a horse camp/dude ranch. If split the mare may have been bred to a paint and had a '97 foal. The owners also believe they were purchased in good faith from a Washington trader. $3000 reward.
