Irish Wolfhound-H is a moderated Email list for discussion of any and all topics related to owning, showing, breeding, loving and caring for Irish Wolfhounds.

Our membership of over 250 members is quite diverse and is made up of pet owners, breeders, pet care professionals, trainers and judges.  There is no question that cannot be posted to the list as long as it seriously deals with the health and well being of our gentle giants.

As topics are discussed we are attempting to create "FAQ's" on the topics so that those who visit this site in the future can take advantage of the summaries of our discussions. As well posts that make a point exceptionally well will be placed on a page called "List Gems".

There have been questions about the Longevity of Irish Wolfhounds and we are asking those who have lost an Irish Wolfhound to enter information about their dog into our database so that we can post some information about Longevity and causes of death.
