Years
of
childhood
enter
The
feelings
light
and
gay
Racing
for
that
special
horse
The
finest
on
display
Joy
and
such
excitement
As
carousel
would
start
Horses
moving
smoothly
Could
feel
it
in
our
hearts
Up
and
down
the
movements
You
closed
your
eyes
and
then
Saw
yourself
within
a
field
Galloped
with
the
wind
Music
filled
the
air
now
Laughter
everywhere
Reaching
for
that
golden
ring
Hoping
you'd
get
there
Didn't
really
matter
For
gold
was
everywhere
Imagination
filled
you
life
Such
magic
you
could
share
Thinking
back
to
special
times
When
simple
things
were
best
I
close
my
eyes
in
reverie
Child
in
me
so
blest.
