Corn Bread Dressing

2 pans corn bread that has set over night
2 or 3 pans of biscuits that have set over night
1 large onion chopped up very small
1 and 1/2 cups of celery chopped up very small
Crumble up cornbread and biscuits, add onion and celery.
Take drippings from the turkey and moisten mixture
just until it sticks together
Stuff Turkey or place in large oven proof pan and cover with foil.
Bake at 30 minutes at 350 degrees

ZUCCINI STIR FRY

5 or 6 Zuccini
1 medium onion
1/2 pound bacon
salt
pepper
garlic powder
Cut up zuccinI in round circles about 1/2 inch in size
Cut up onion very small
Cut the bacon up in 1 to 2 inch slices
In a good size skillet with a lid,
slowly fry up bacon,
but not till crisp, just soft cook it
While bacon is frying add the onion
and saute it along with the bacon
Drain grease
Add the Zuccini,
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Mix it well to make sure it is all seasoned well.
Put the lid on and lower heat to medium.
Turn every so often
When the Zuccini is tender it is done
