Harvester Bible College and Seminary, Inc. has filed and been deemed exempt from the Arizona State licensing requirements (ARS 32-3022.E). Degrees and licenses offered by Harvester Bible College and Seminary are for Christian Ministry only. We are not affiliated with the State Department of Higher Education or the public school system. Should you desire to transfer to a state college or serve as a military chaplain, we suggest you ask God to lead you to the proper institution.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
We reserve the right to refuse no one. Just as no one is really morally 'ready' to be a Christian until Jesus cleans them up, we feel one does not need to be morally 'ready' to study His word. Jesus Christ through His Word and the Holy Spirit will do the necessary work in the lives of all who desire it.
A High School Diploma or G.E.D. are necessary for degreed programs (in foreign countries, where this may be a hardship, each case will be prayerfully reviewed on an individual basis).
DEGREED PROGRAMS
1. Basic Diploma in Biblical Studies - one year program
2. Associate of Ministry degree - two-year program
3. Advanced Diploma in Ministry - three year program
4. Bachelor of Arts in Ministry - four year program
NON-DEGREED PROGRAM
Pastoral Training Certificate - one and half year program
COLLEGE TUITION DEGREED PROGRAMS
All fees are listed in U.S. currency and only U.S. currency can be accepted. Students outside the U.S.A. should send International postal orders.
All college books, study materials and diplomas are provided free of charge.
Payment plan is available upon request.

COST INCREASES
During your continuous enrollment at Harvester Bible College and Seminary it is our guarantee that you tuition will not increase. Tuition for the next year has to be paid prior to current year completion in order to qualify for continuos student status.
REFUND POLICY
Any student withdrawing within 30 days of enrollment and prior to completion of second course will receive a refund of all monies with the exception of the enrollment fee ($10) and administration fee ($50). All study materials must be returned to the Director of Student Affair before the refund can be made.
OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION
$15 U.S. dollars will be added to all returned checks due to insufficient funds.
Any student who is delinquent for more than 60 days on payments will be considered withdrawn from this school. Reinstatement will require all delinquent payments to be made as well as approval by the Registrar.
