Bram Stoker's Dracula - VHS or DVDThe classic tale of Dracula staring Gary Oldman and Winnona Ryder. This is a really beautiful film. It's just lush and vibrant and dramatic. I strongly recommend it. |

Blade - VHS or DVD This movie was kinda cool. It had a flash tchno feel to it which can be neat. But what I really liked was Stephen Dorff as Frost. One cool vampire. |

Concrete Blonde- Bloodletting This is a great album over all. The title track "Bloodletting" was inspired by the Book Interview with a Vampire and I really captures it's mood. It's a great CD to listen to in the dark. |

The Queen of the Damned - Paperback The third installment ot the vampire chronicles and probably my favorite in the series. This novel takes you back to ancient Egypt and tells the story of the origins of vampires. I highly recommend it. | |

The Tale of the Body Thief - Hardcover or Paperback An interesting tale of body switching and what its' like to be a vampire trapped in the body of a human. | |

Memnoch the Devil - Hardcover or Paperback This is a very different book than the other Vampire Chronicles. It has received mixed reviews from fans, but I thought it was fascinating. In it Lestat has a run in with the devil and travels through Heaven and Hell. It's defiantly philosophical, if you like Rice's other works and you enjoy pondering life, death and the presence of a higher being I think you will like this book. | |

Pandora - Hardcover or Paperback This is a short novel about the life of an ancient vampire named Pandora. It has the same flavor as Rice's earlier vampire books. I good, if short read. | |

The Witching Hour- Hardcover or Paperback This is probably my favorite Anne Rice novel. It's about a family of witches and a strange spirit that has been associated with the family for hundreds of years. It's full of lush description and it takes you back in history and through the whole family tree. It's engrossing and the characters are marvelous. | |

Servant of the Bones - Hardcover or Paperback This novel is about a ghost from ancient Babylon who tries to avenge a modern day murder. I really like the part of the book dealing with Ancient history, the rest of the book is good too. | |

The Mummy or Ramses the Damned - Paperback I think this one of Anne's lesser known novels but I really liked it. It's about an Egyptian Pharaoh come to life in the modern day. It's seductive and a real page turner. | |
