The Scottsdale Chorus has changed it's name to the Canyon State Chorus. We are alive and singing better than ever under the direction of Jim Brown. Cary Burns is our TAG MEISTER extraordinaire, teaching tags at our informal afterglow after rehearsals. At this month's board meeting, we decided to hold meetings year round - even after the snowbirds go North.
We had some extraordinary debts which almost caused the chapter to fold. We paid off at least half, and will raise money to pay off the rest with car washes and a caberet show.
Our membership is increasing slowly.
