The movie Newsies is owned by Disney, we aren't trying to infringe on their rights, but they tend to ignore Newsies anyway, so I figure it's not a big deal.

The characters in our stories that are not in the movie have been created by either Silver, Goldie, Hazel and a small handful of other people. Use our characters without written permission, and you'll be roasted over a slow fire. The Newsie Soap Opera is also our possession, anyone trying to steal our idea will get stuffed full of fire ants. The Banner universe was created by Goldie, and honestly is a good background to be writing from, but if you're going to do that, please email her and ask. She'll most likely encourage you to write it and post it here.

Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the city of New York are in no way connected with this page or any other newsie fanpage out there.
