Hi! My name is Elizabeth. I am 19 years old and a freshman at Western Michigan Univeristy. I live in Michigan (obviously!). I have two sisters. My older sister, Melissa, is 24 and graduated from Hope College in Holland in 1998. She's currently a subsitute teacher and planning on moving to California. My younger sister, Allison, is 16 and a high school sophomore. I live with my parents (when I'm not at school), who celebrated their twenty-seventh wedding anniversary in June. I have a cocker spaniel, Andy, who is ten years old.

My best friend, Heather Kenyon, is twenty and a junior at MSU. She lives in Ypsilanti when she's not at school. We love to discuss our theroies concerning the Harry Potter Series.
My other best friends are Emily Parkhurst and Kim Johnson. Kim and Em and I have lots have fun together, even though we're all poops and don't go out much. Now that we're all in different colleges (Kim at Purdue and Em at Hope) we never get to see each other. It's really hard for us, but we're staying in touch and staying close. Look at me and Heather! We've done okay and we've NEVER seen each other everyday.

My high school basketball team made it all the way into the divison championship games in March of 2000. We have NEVER made it that far!! Thanks to Marcus Taylor, Courtney Scott, Chris Miller, Terry Reddick, and Melvin White, Waverly is the Division A State Basketball Champions!!! PROUD TO (HAVE BEEN) WARRIOR!!!

I love to read and write. I hope one of my stories will get published someday. I recently began reading the Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling. They are so awesome!! It doesn't matter how old you are, you'll love these books! The first one is called Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone. The series is about an 11- year old boy who learns that he's a famous wizard. Each book takes place over the span of one year and it's all about Harry's adventures at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy. You must read these books!!! Check out the publisher's site.

I also like to watch TV and go to the movies. My favorite shows are "Home Improvement" and "Friends." My favorite tv movie is Two Came Back starring Melissa Joan Hart. My favorite actor is Leonardo DiCaprio.

During my last three years of high school, I enjoyed playing in my high school's annual fall muscials. Sophomore year it was The Sound of Music and now anything related to it peeks my interest. It was soooo awesome!!!!! I played the violin in the pit orchestra. I had SOOOOOOO much fun!!!!!!! If anyone out there ever has the chance to play in a pit orchestra, I highly recommed it! Junior year, we preformed The Music Man that I also played in. I was the ONLY violinst, so it wasn't as awesome and fun as last year. But I still liked it. Senior year we did Rogers and Hammerstien's Cinderella. This time I convinced Emily to play with me, too, so it was really fun! I miss musicals!

I worked as a page at the local library for two and a half years. I cried for an hour on my last day there. :-) I loved it there and I miss everyone so much!!! Lucky for me, though, I get to go back to work there when I'm home for vacations. :-)
