Plane Crash

"I hate flying," said Brian. "Me too," said Nick. "It's better than driving," said A.J. "Okay, I'll have to agree with that," said Nick.

The guys were flying from California to Florida to finnish their tour. In the first class section with the guys was their manager, their three body guards, the band members, a woman who looked to be in her 70's or 80's with a younger woman, a father with a teenage son and daughter and a little boy who looked to be aobut 5 or 6.

The pilot came over the speakers and announced that they were experiencing a little turbulance and everyone should buckle up. The flight attendants came around and made sure everyone was buckled up. "We are going to make an emergency landing, please do not panic," said the pilot after a few minutes. Even though he sounded calm, the guys could sense the nervousness is his voice. "What's going on?" asked Brian. "Daddy, are we going to crash?" asked the little boy. His father comforted him. "No, their just going to stop the plane for a while."

The plane started to loose Altitude. It seemed like they were going to have a smooth landing. All of a sudden the plane shifted to the right and started dropping faster. "We're going to crash," said Nick looking out the window. "Ssh," said Howie. "You'll scare the kid." "Hold on!" yelled someone. The plane tilted farter to the right and kept dropping until the passengers could see the dense tree's below. Finally the plane crashed through the tree's and manage to stay slightly upright on the forest floor.

When the pance was still everyone rushed off the plane. "Where are we?" asked Nick. "Somewhere In the rockies," said A.J. looking around. The pilot and co-pilot got out of the cockpit and tried to light a flare. It didn't work. Brian looked around at the other people. There were only about 30 people next to the small jet. They were still about 24 hours away from the airport they were supposed to land at. The pilot spoke up. "I need your attention. The radios aren't working and the flare was a dud..." "Wait," yelled Donna. "I have a cell phone." She dug through her purse and pulled out the small black phone. She opened it up and dialed a few numbers. "Shit," she mumbled quietly. "It's not working, the trees must be blocking the signal." "Does anyone else have a cell phone?" yelled the pilot.

A few people along with AJ puled out cell phones. "Mine won't work either," said AJ. "Great, we're stuck here," mumbled someone. Everyone started talking. "Hey, Hey!" yelled the pilot. "We're still a day away from the airport we're supposed to land at. We have two options, we can stay here and wait for someone to find us or we can walk to the closest town which is about a 5 hour walk from here. I need a couple of people to come with me." "I'll go," said Howie. "Me too," said Brian. A girl who looked like she was in her 20's stepped out of the crowd. "I'll go too." "Okay, everybody else stay together," said the pilot.

Brian Howie, the pilot and the girl got some supplies from the plane and started on the walk. They fit everything they needed into two backpacks that they would take turns carrying. "My name is Andrew," said the pilot. "What are your names?" "I'm Howie." "I'm Brian." "I'm Deira," said the girl. "So what brought you to California?" asked Andrew. "I came here, I mean there for vacation," said Deira "What about you two?" she asked turning to Howie and Brian. "Were part of the group the Backstreet Boys," said Howie. "We finnished the first part of our tour and we're heading back to Florida to finnish up," explained Brian. Deira tripped over a root and fell, hitting her knee on a rock. "Oww," she said.

Brian stopped and put down the backpack. "Are you okay?" He helped her up. Deira wiped off her hands and legs. "Yeah." She looked up at Brian. He had the most beautiful blue eyes, and he was looking at her so sincerely. "Thanks." she looked down at her knee and could already see it turning blue. "No problem," said Brian.
