This is Mr. Burns. He resides in the bookshop with Belle. On the night before Charlotte's fifteenth birthday, Belle was wondering what she should get her. Suddenly, she heard a strange noise outside. She looked out the window and saw two big dalmations running down the road. They were leaping and frolicking about. Belle started to laugh. She thought they were so cute that she called up The Adopt a Dalmation Agency and asked for a pup to give to her assistant. Mr. Burns is what she got!
Mr. Burns was born on 1/27/98. He sleeps in a corner of the bookshop(next to the nonfiction) on a pillow and blanket. His teddy bear's name is Smithers. Mr. Burns likes to chew on Smithers' arm. During the day, Mr. Burns likes to "help" Belle and Charlotte in the bookshop. He also likes to bite Philippe's legs. The best thing about Mr. Burns is, he'll never grow up!
