Over the years I've performed @ various nightclubs such as Joey's Home of The Blues and the Sunset Grill and Casko's and The Eclipse  as well as Uncle Bently's and The Tulsa Blues Club and The Tulsa Songwriter's Association.  I gave it a shot with a rare group of talented musicians known as The Tulsa Folk Music Association too.
Working on television with a truely fun group known as Theatre Tulsa, I appeared on KOKI-channel 23 and on Cable channel 10 and 41 I worked with Patrick  Richardson, the carnal knowledge of humor and satire... and Bob Long with all the good people @ Tulsa's The Guitar House.  Filming for television in nightclubs here in Tulsa. Mr. Leon Rollerson, a virtuoso of cinematography who also makes a deliciously tasty bean burrito... Leon did the actual engineering of the shows.
Mike Jett was on an adventurous journey one afternoon years ago expiditing Tulsa talent @ Woodward Park and he filmed me for channel 8 KTUL TV to run a clip on evening television. I sang Love is a Rose as the cam showed people walking through Woodward Park.  Also my trucker's song has been aired on Tulsa's KTFX FM radio and other radio stations have aired my original music. Have worked on Mr. Billy Parker to air it too on KVOO FM...but time will tell.
While living in Austin Tx, I was invited to work as an extra in Willie Nelson's movie production "Songwriter" starring Kris Kristopherson and Leslie Ann Warren, Rip Torn, Gaillard Sartain..... That was a blast..!  Years earlier, I knew Gaillard when he appeared as Dr. Mazepa Pompazoidi on the Un-Canny Film Festival w/ Channel 6 KOTV here.
Years later, I worked alot as an extra in Weird Al Yankovic's "UHF".....which was very weird, (very)  but again, I had a ball meeting and working with all those very special people in "UHF".
In the mid 70's I got to watch film crews shooting the motion picture "Outlaw Blues" w/ Peter Fonda and Susan St James in Austin Texas....that was my first experience with filming and I wish that more Oklahomans could realize the numerous benefits which come about as a result of filming movies in their own backyard as well as meeting some terrific people in film.
Years later I watched the filming of "Rumble Fish" shot in Tulsa w/ Mickey Rourke and Mat Dillon. Got to meet Mr. Francis Ford Coppolla and Producer "J.R"....and as big a name as they are...they were all so very nice as well as cordial to meet and watch them film.
