Welcome! "Dedicated to Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room" is an unofficial tribute to one of the greatest accomplishments in Disneyland. The Tiki Room has been a favorite of many Disneyland visitors since its opening on June 23, 1963. In recent times, the future of the Tiki Room seemed uncertain and even troubling.

The "Save the Tiki Room Page and Petition" was created to keep the Tiki Room alive and well in Disneyland. Thanks in part to this campaign's efforts, the situation has turned once again to one we are all a little happier to be in. The Tiki Room's future now seems brighter and not as questionable. Because of this, the "Save the Tiki Room Campaign" changed into "Friends of the Tiki Room."

Most recently, due to numerous factors, this group changed again. I wanted to focus to be more inclusive, and not feel like some "member's only" group. I have taken down the Tiki Friends lists because I began to see them as a distraction from enjoying this online tribute. Thus, we evolve again into this, "Dedicated to Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room."

The Friends of the Tiki Room lists - now closed. I have removed the "members" lists because it was a distraction and no longer necessary for the future of this site. If you submitted your name, I apologize for any disappointment. In addition, I had major computer errors causing me to lose all names from about the last 6 months, including names not yet added. This was the time I decided that the names were no longer necessary anyway. Thanks for understanding!
