Minerva and Olmstedville
From NYC and points south
Take 287 to the New York State Thruway travelling North. You want to follow signs toward Albany and Montreal . You’ll be driving about 1 ˝ to 2 hours, go to Exit 24 Albany, go through the tolls and take the center Exit 1N Montreal/ Northway 87 North.
Stay on this highway approx 1 ˝ hours and exit at 26 Pottersville. Go down the ramp, turn left go under the highway until you come to a "T", Friedman Realty is in front of you and the Black Bear Restaurant is to your right, Turn right and go almost ˝ mile, taking the first left, this is the Pottersville/Olmstedville Road, the sign will say Minerva 9 miles and Olmstedville 7 miles. Stay on this road, you will go through some tight turns, and at about 6 miles start heading down a long hill, you will pass a sign that says, "Welcome to Minerva", and a sign that says "Olmstedville". If you continue along this road, you will come to a "T". This is County Route 28N, turning right will bring you to Minerva.
From Montreal and points north
Take US Interstate 87 (Northway)South to Exit 26, turn left off the ramp and go over the highway to the stop, this is Route 9. Turn right onto Route 9 and travel aprox. 2 miles, go under the highway and take your very next right, this is County Route 29 (Pottersville/Olmstedville Road).Stay on this road, you will go through some tight turns, and at about 6 miles start heading down a long hill, you will pass a sign that says, "Welcome to Minerva", and a sign that says "Olmstedville". If you continue along this road, you will come to a "T". This is County Route 28N, turning right will bring you to Minerva.SUMMER RECREATION || WINTER RECREATION
