BIOGRAPHY

French actress, daughter of Maria Montez and Jean-Pierre Aumont. During her teen years and the first years of her youth, Tina lived simultaneously with her paternal uncle and his wife and with her father, who made a new home; five years after Maria Montez death, Jean-Pierre got married again with the Italian actress Marisa Pavan, sister of the actress Pier Angeli.

Christian Marquand & Tina Aumont

In 1963, Tina got married with Christian Marquand, French actor and director.
At the end of the 60’s, Maria Chistina appeared in the movies with the names of Tina Marquand and Tina Aumont, in films as: MODESTY BLAISE, TEXAS ACROSS THE RIVER, THE GAME IS OVER, EXCUSE ME, ARE YOU FOR OR AGAINST IT and IL SERGENTE KLEMS.

In the middle of the 70’s, Tina appeared in better films, in the leading role, some of them are: CASANOVA (Fellini), NINA (Vicente Minnelli), METELO (Mauro Bolognini), CADAVERI ECCELLENTI (Francesco Rossi)

As any daughter of famous actors or actresses, Tina had to get used of being identified by her mother and to answer questions like this one: Do you remember your mother?

** I regret not to remember her clearly, because I was too little when she died ( she was 5 ). Even though I have a living mental image of her, which I attribute to, while years were passing, her remembrance was always close to me through the conversations with my father, my aunts, my uncle François, well, from my whole family. **
