This photo was taken in Lost Wages on the fourth of July, 1998. Everyone thinks I did something (effects wise) to this photo. I didn't. Really. This was a promo for Armageddon. They were all over the place when the movie came out. The police made them take one down near one of the freeways here in LA because it was causing traffic backups. This is a painting of a hole stuck on (or hung from) the front of the building. It just happened that the clouds lined up perfectly when I snapped the picture. If I had done it the color of the sky would match!
