Here is a quick toturial on how to use them.
First you download the files.
Asuming you have wally, you run it.
Open the file and right click | copy. This will copy the file to the copyboard.
Go to Wizard | HL color Decal .
You will now have up a page where you enter the right information, where the file is located, hl directory etc.
Click Ok when finished and wally will make your decal. When he's finished save the file, don't save as. beacuse it will be saved to you player decal and be putt in the right directory automaticly. If it does save to another directoty than ...\cstrike\pldecal change it.
Now you have a brand new pl decal.

When making a spray you must always make your spray in dimensions that are multiples of 16 and the size must not be larger than higth*width =10752.
To make your picture into the right dimensions you can use programs like paint shop.
