The Head Instructor of Petushin Martial Arts is Paul Petushin. A Black Belt in Judo and Certified Instructor and Black Belt in Shinbudo, he began his training in October of 1980 in Leningrad, Russia. After winning numerous Judo tournaments, Paul moved to the United States where he continued his tournament competition in the United States, resulting in more 1st Place wins.
