The Douglas Murders 3 was released on October 1998.
The main difference with DM3 from the first two is that this time there are two killers-the Scream killer and the fisherman (the stalker in I Know What You Did Last Summer).
DM3 starts exactly where DM2 left off, with Constance stuck in a closet in the lab. Danielle, who was one of the killers in DM2, all of a sudden comes back to life-sort of. She's a zombie and she escapes Sabrina and the police.
The first victim is Anna, who's just sitting in the house when the phone rings and it's the killer (you saw that coming, didn't you?). But she really gets killed by the fisherman.
Mrs. Black is introduced, who will be in DM4. She is a high school counselor who tries unsuccessfully to help Sabrina with her problems.
Chase scenes include one in an airplane, one in the air, one underwater, and one in the school. There are even more!!
The most gruesome death ever in Douglas Murders Trilogy is in here where Ryan parachutes into a helicopter's blades and gets chopped up!!
DM3 is the first Douglas Murders to ever have two people have sex in it. I won't tell you exactly who does it, you;ll have to just read it for yourself.
This also features the most surprising ending in the history of Douglas murders. Sorry, can't tell you what happens!! BUT DM3 also has an ALTERNATE ending, which is fake.
