How to get there:
 
 

Autobahn M4, Abfahrt Nr. 17 Richtung Chippenham, von da aus rund 7 km südlich auf der A 350 weiterfahren. Auf der linken Fahrbahnseite erscheint ein Hinweisschild kurz vor der Abfahrt nach Lacock. Ein gebührenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich am Rand des Ortes, es darf jedoch auch durchgefahren werden, denn Lacock ist kein Museum, sondern ein sehr lebendiges Dorf.
Motorway M4, exit #17 to Chippenham, from here drive on southbound for 7 km on the A 350. On the left there is a signpost to mark the turning for Lacock. There is a car park free of charge but you are welcome to drive through the streets of Lacock as well for the village is not at all a museum but a most lively place.
