To fix a broken REX

So you broke your REX! Put it in your back pocket and broke the screen? Broke off a battery door? Broke a pin off in the PCMCIA connection?

Unfortunately, because of there technological compactness, they are not made to be repaired, but Franklin does have an exchange program setup for replacements.

1st you have to be registered with Franklin (send your card in!)
2nd you need to call Franklin at 1-800-266-5626 to get a return authorization number (and/or provide proof of purchase to get registered)
3rd send it in and wait a week or two?
FYI. they do NOT have an exchange program for upgrading from an older REX to a newer one!
