I have spent many years as an Administrative Assistant in private industries, working with as many as ten (10) supervisors, in addition to being the Executive Assistant for a District Manager. I am seeking a position that would allow me to work from home while raising my four (4) month old daughter myself. I have experience in the entertainment industry, having started and run a small casting agency in Vancouver, B.C., I have a desire to get back into the business, from a behind the scenes position. I understand the needs of busy people and the importance of taking care of those needs for them, as well as the varied schedules and pace that people like you have as an entertainer.
I am a highly organized, detail-oriented individual, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Lotus Notes and many other programs. I work well under deadlines, in a fast-paced environment, and with people. Please consider my services for your needs. The cost of these services is negotiable, based on the number of hours necessary to take care of your needs. I will present an invoice each week for payment that you review and approve. As I would be working out of my house, I am an independent contractor, and therefore, there is no cost to you for insurance and other coverage.
